Our whipped cream cleanser has a mild sulfate-free base designed to prepare eyebrows and eyelashes for brow shaping or tinting procedures
This cleanser effectively degreases the skin and the eyebrow and eyelash hairs. and also helps to fix the added dye
This allows the cleansing to penetrate the eyebrow and eyelash hairs. Overall the hairs will become stronger with more elasticity whilst protecting them from fragility
Notes: Whipped Dream is best served upside down, so give the bottle a good shake, turn it upside down, and spray a dollop directly on to the lashes.
